Social Responsibility
Opice Blum respects principles that guide our conduct and posture regarding social responsibility.
For us, positive social impact means promoting legal certainty, defending rights, cultivating ethics in relationships, and preventing conflicts.
On a daily basis, we do this by offering specialized services in Digital Law, Data Protection, and Innovation, guiding our audiences in digital evolution. But we don't stop there. We also invest in initiatives that encourage a culture of data protection, privacy, and innovation, strengthen information security, promote business sustainability, and, of course, seek to improve the quality of life in the digital age.
In addition, we also implement some initiatives to promote inclusion, diversity, and guarantee of rights, reflecting our vision in practice.
Pro Bono
Our work in Pro Bono legal services is an opportunity to contribute to fundamental principles of justice and equity.
We support the legal needs of non-profit social organizations, as highlighted in the visual law project "Journey of Emancipation," done in partnership with SPInvisível.
SP Invisível is an NGO that sees people in street situations, tells their stories, and promotes autonomy so that new realities are possible. They have already told 3,463 stories, assisted 33,978 people, and carried out 205 actions!
Among the pillars of transforming the reality of the homeless population is the Training and Employability project, "Journey of Emancipation," which serves as a gateway for social engagement for these people, offering jobs and support throughout the process.
With the application of Simple Language and visual elements of cognition, engagement, and memory, the document has reached its highest level of functionality since its original conception, empowering the psychosocial and pedagogical support teams for greater effectiveness of the action's guidelines, flows, and activities. Volunteering
Opice Mover, our volunteer program, involves the active participation of various professionals from the firm. Since its creation, we have promoted initiatives to support people in vulnerable situations, demonstrating our commitment to social transformation and positive impact in the communities we serve.
In December 2023, we held our Solidarity Christmas campaign. We focused on collecting school and hygiene kits for children served by Creche Esperança.
In 2024, the firm donated water to Rio Grande do Sul, in addition to collecting various donations from employees, which were sent to the south of the country, after the rains and floods.
Digital Education for Children
We live in an increasingly technological world, where digital tools and methodologies offer great opportunities for the cognitive, social, and emotional development of children. However, these advances also bring a number of risks that are important to know and understand.
At Opice Blum, we are committed to helping parents protect their children in the digital environment, especially against the risks of sexual exploitation and sharenting. Below, we offer some essential tips to ensure the safety of children on social media.

Diversity Committee
Opice Blum has a diversity committee, created in 2020, which is open to the participation of all employees, with recurring meetings, for discussion and positioning regarding the themes of inclusion and diversity.
