Specialized in Digital Law issues, which today represent a major challenge for organizations in Brazil, due to the lack of digital literacy and the increase in digital fraud.
The subjects involve data protection, consumer and digital. The differential of this team is data-driven management, focused on operational efficiency, with the use of technology.

Has the widest range of products.
The main topics are: Reputation Protection on the Internet, Investigation of Digital Fraud, Sponsored Links, Predatory Advocacy, Search and Seizure of Data, Digital Inhibitory Actions, Preservation of Digital Evidence.

Focuses on demands of greater complexity and risk to the client, in addition to involving authorities such as the National Data Protection Authority and others.

Extrajudicial Action:
• Notifications for removing illicit content from the air, including requests for rectification, rewriting, response, or retraction to internet service providers, various users, content platforms, and news channels;
• Reporting of illicit content, such as offense to honor, improper use of name and image, and fake profiles;
