Sanctioned in 2018, the effectiveness of the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD) is an important legal framework for the future of the Brazilian digital economy. Public and private organizations must be aware of the new rules that aim at the ethical, responsible and safe treatment of personal data.

In this scenario, FIESP will hold an event addressing relevant issues of the law and will present a free course on LGPD in the form of distance learning (EAD), in order to disseminate knowledge about the protection of personal data and privacy.
