Mr. Rodríguez boasts 15 years of experience in the legal market and routinely deals with complex matters involving the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD). Academically, he holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Doctorate degree from Universidad del Zulia, as well as a specialization degree in Compliance from The George Washington University School of Business, amongst other diplomas.
