On August 10, leading digital law and data protection firm Opice Blum, Bruno, Abrusio e Vainzof Advogados Associados launched an educational e-book with a visual approach to the main concepts of the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
‘LGPD in 16 Infographics’ is a part of the firm’s campaign regarding the two-year anniversary of Brazil’s data protection legislation (#LGPD2YEARS) and intends to bring awareness to the importance of data protection and privacy in Brazil, in a way which encourages companies and the public sector to fully comply with the recently enacted law.
The e-book can be downloaded for free in English (U.S.) and in Portuguese (BR) by clicking on the respective links.
“With the future ANPD (National Data Protection Authority), its board of councillors and the respective regulation of LGPD, we will probably have the necessary and desired legal security, enabling the splendor of a law that is a vibrant and powerful mark in the digital economy of our country.”, stated Opice Blum’ partner Rony Vainzof.
